GCN exists to privately gather and equip leaders through dialogue, collaboration, and strategic development that leads to the transformation of nations. It is a global, relational community and a strategic think tank composed of nation-building practitioners from all major spheres of influence. Together, we work toward a common strategy for social transformation, applying timeless, transcendent principles to strengthen and renew nations.
GCN analyzes the key issues of human rights and responsibilities among current global social and economic problems through on-line and in-person summits and dialogues. It then mobilizes leaders from multiple disciplines and callings into regional sphere leadership networks, and global and national strategy groups. This invitation only network seeks to apply principle-based solutions to the problems we commonly face surrounding liberty, justice and economic opportunity. We have two levels of connection: partial collaborative partners, and full covenant delegates. These are vetted and mobilized primarily through the regional councils.

Sphere Leadership Networks
Both global and national level groups are created for intellectual exchange for high level leaders in many sectors of society. Public Dialogue events: Symposia, town halls, livestreams, and CEO forums for an intellectual exchange of ideas and concepts. In addition, members join a trust-based platform of private dialogue and in-person access to world leaders.

Strategy Groups
Strategy Groups: To facilitate (exclusively for members) through expert panel discussions, sharing of initiatives, especially applications of best practices and structures that produce desired results. So far we have 15 vital signs for healthy nations organized in five main focus groups: Political, Economic, Intellectual, Social and Spiritual.

Events: (summits, virtual dialogues)
Global and Regional Summits: To organize in key global centers the effective sharing of resources, and advisors to help start and develop councils. So far we have five regions: USA/Canada, Latin America/Brazil, Africa, Europe/MENA, Asia/Pacific.
In 2025 we had in-person summits attended by hundreds of leaders from about 50 nations in London, Manila, San Salvador, and Washington, DC.
